halberd01.jpg

Sergeant

This guy is a sergeant to my troop of followers in D&D, and is also ideal for Saduria. He occasionally makes an appearance as the leader of my WHFB halberd regiment.

Citadel. He may now be discontinued.

Halfling Wizard

There's two words that don't sit easily together! This figure was painted up to represent the character of one of my Saduria playtesters. Halfling wizard... it still doesn't sound right.

Old Citadel figure, I think it is Bilbo from his "The Hobbit" days but it might be Sam from LoTR too.

Halflings

Halflings are such a staple of fantasy RPGs now that I couldn't write Saduria without letting them in as a player race. These two show a typically gaily-attired female and a doughty traveller/adventurer.

Female is Mithril Miniatures from their LoTR range. Male is an old Citadel miniature.

healer.jpg

Healer

An extremely useful low-combat figure. She has been a wizard, priestess, militiawoman and bard. She is currently serving as my Healer cohort in D&D.

Old Citadel miniature. A Chalana Arroy adventuress from the original Runequest (2nd ed) boxed set.

highland_archers.jpg

Highlander Archers

These guys could from Saduria's northern neighbour, Bragan. I painted them up for the ancient Citadel/GW scenario pack, "McDeath", but they also stand in as WHFB Empire longbowmen.

Foundry, from the ECW range.

highland_dwarf.jpg

Highlander Dwarf

Somehow, all dwarfs should be scottish. Apart from the German ones, of course.

Old Citadel miniatures (oh why did they stop producing decent RPG figures?).

knight01.jpg

Knight

Mail-clad knights are too early for Saduria. I painted a batch of these guys up for Pendragon, and they also appear as followers in D&D.

Old Citadel, now produced by Foundry miniatures.

knight02.jpg

Knight

Same figure as above, just from the front. That's the problem with trying to photograph figures with shields slung on their backs!

Old Citadel, now produce by Foundry miniatures.

knight03.jpg

Knight

One of the knights painted up for Pendragon. I was particularly happy with the heraldry on this chap.

Old Citadel, now produce by Foundry miniatures.

knight04.jpg

Knight

Another figure painted up for Pendragon but now serving time as a D&D follower.

Old Citadel, now produce by Foundry miniatures.
